Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Healthcare Costing Executive to oversee cost calculation and pricing within the healthcare sector. Healthcare Costing Executive (Up 4.5K) - WEST

The incumbent shall be responsible to:

Liaise and work closely with various stakeholders in performing actual cost calculation and pricing on existing and new services/projects.

Perform annual cost refresh/updates on services.

Work closely with Project Manager in the rollout of new costing system with relevant stakeholders.

Strong understanding in National Costing Guideline and applying it to the services/various patient setting.

Part of the dynamic team in improvement projects on actuals cost calculation as well as process and efficiencies.

Rationalise and formulate price revision proposal in meeting hospital financial sustainability, taking into consideration patient bill impact.

Responsible in the execution and smooth delivery in any revision in prices with all stakeholders.

Support, review and implement new MOH policies by analysing Hospital’s requirements, include determining feasibility, cost, time and resources required.

Produce concise and value adding reports for regular performance reviews with senior management.

Provide Business partnering support to Business Units within a growing regional healthcare system.

Support the annual budgeting cycle, including financial review and analysis.

Any other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements

Degree in quantitative fields such as Accounting/ Finance.

Experience in healthcare industry and public healthcare costing framework is preferred.

Able to work in a dynamic fast paced environment.
