Contract Period:

• 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026
• Optional Renewal 1 Yr.

Deployment:

• Mon to Thurs: 7am to 4.30pm (inclusive of 1 hr. lunch break)
• Fri: 7am to 4pm (inclusive of 1 hr. lunch break)
• Service not required on Sat, Sun and PH's

Scope of Works:

1. Perform front desk duties include telephone enquiry, attending to students, parents and walk-in customers.
2. Attend to sick students, issue early release forms for students going home early and keep records of students reporting sick.
3. Assist in general ad hoc administration.
4. Any other hoc duties assigned by Admin Manager/Operation Manager/Vice-Principals/Principal.
