Job summary

A global alternative investment firm is seeking a part-time Receptionist in Singapore to manage visitor interactions and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling calls, maintaining meeting rooms, and general office duties. Candidates should have good interpersonal and computer skills, with experience in a similar role being an advantage. This is a 1-year renewable contract, working Mon to Wed at a rate of $13.60 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work Mon - Wed on a weekly basis
  • Experience in Receptionist, Concierge or Office Admin is an advantage

Job Scope
  • Greet and assist visitors, handle calls, and manage meeting room bookings
  • Serve refreshments during meetings and ensure conference rooms are tidy
  • Maintain pantry supplies, arrange staff breakfasts and lunches
  • Handle mail, courier services, and stationery orders
  • Support basic office maintenance and liaise with vendors or contractors when needed
  • Coordinate visitor access, meeting logistics, and occasional travel or F&B arrangements for guests
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and invoice submission
