Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service
  • Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming first impression
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow‑ups
  • Handle patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media and walk‑ins
  • Guide patients through the registration and check‑in process
Clinic Operations
  • Assist in maintaining smooth daily clinic operations
  • Prepare treatment rooms when needed
  • Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic assistants for patient flow
  • Ensure a clean and organised reception area
Administrative Duties
  • Handle payments, invoicing, and daily cash reconciliation
  • Update patient records accurately **UPDATE** original
  • Manage inventory for clinic consumables
  • Support basic marketing and admin tasks when required
  • Weekly stocktake
  • Product purchase and delivery
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a clinic, aesthetic centre, beauty spa, or hospitality is a strong advantage
