Our client is a reputable company in the legal industry. They’re looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at their firm. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors while providing vital administrative support to their legal team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle general enquiries.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room arrangements.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and welcoming.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing documents for meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and office staff as required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy.
Requirements
  • GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant (experience in a legal firm or corporate setting preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance, pleasant personality, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
