A leading company in Singapore is looking for a proactive receptionist to manage various front desk responsibilities. This role involves overseeing visitor registration, providing concierge services, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Applicants must have at least 0.5 years of experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong English communication skills. Competitive hourly rate offered.
Salary Range $13/hr to $14/hr
Manage reception duties, including greetings, calls, correspondence, and maintaining a welcoming front desk.
Oversee visitor registration, and support safety and emergency procedures.
Provide concierge services such as transport arrangements and meeting room coordination.
Handle mail and courier services, office supplies, and facility-related tasks, including repairs, vendor coordination, and equipment maintenance.
Minimum 0.5 years’ experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
