Job summary

Key Responsibilities

You will represent the company as well as uphold the company's image with the impression you leave on customers. You will be the focal point of communication between customers and management, providing information, handling queries and sales, and managing feedback. In order to let both children and adults feel welcome at the gymnastics centre, an approachable attitude is the way to go.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience of accounts experience and administrative/ clerical/ receptionist background (please provide references)
  • Education qualifications (degree, diploma, or certificate in administration and business/ accounts)
  • Proficient in English
  • A customer-service oriented attitude
  • Able to work independently to meet deadlines
  • Possess effective communicative and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in intermediate Excel & other MS office application
  • Meticulous, independent and has good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Work during business operation hours i.e. from afternoon to night, 5.5/6-day work week not exceeding 44 hours per week/ part-time minimum 6 hours shift
  • Singaporeans or PRs only
