  • Option Year: 1 January 2027 – 31 December 2027 (at the School’s discretion)
  • Type: Full-time, on-site
🕒 Working Hours

Days Time Remarks: Monday – Thursday 6:45 AM – 4:15 PM (Inclusive of 1-hour lunch break); Friday 6:45 AM – 3:45 PM (Inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)

🗓️ Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.

⚙️ Scope of Services
🧍♀️ Reception Duties
  • Attend to all telephone calls and walk-in visitors (students, parents, vendors, and guests).
  • Record and convey messages accurately to school leaders, teaching, and non-teaching staff.
  • Handle student attendance matters — record details of students leaving early and contact parents when students are unwell.
📦 Mail & Office Administration
  • Record, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Place mail and documents in designated staff mailboxes.
  • Count, sort, and bundle materials for student collection.
  • Alert staff-in-charge when stationery stocks are low and assist in replenishment.
🗂️ General Office Support
  • Maintain tidiness of meeting rooms and sickbay areas.
  • Assist in lamination, filing, and organization of documents.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support during school events and activities.
  • Undertake any other related administrative duties assigned by the school.
🎓 Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in handling reception and administrative services.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
  • Prior experience in a school environment will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
