⚙️ Scope of Services
🧍♀️ Reception Duties
- Attend to all telephone calls and walk-in visitors (students, parents, vendors, and guests).
 
- Record and convey messages accurately to school leaders, teaching, and non-teaching staff.
 
- Handle student attendance matters — record details of students leaving early and contact parents when students are unwell.
 
📦 Mail & Office Administration
- Record, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
 
- Place mail and documents in designated staff mailboxes.
 
- Count, sort, and bundle materials for student collection.
 
- Alert staff-in-charge when stationery stocks are low and assist in replenishment.
 
🗂️ General Office Support
- Maintain tidiness of meeting rooms and sickbay areas.
 
- Assist in lamination, filing, and organization of documents.
 
- Provide administrative and logistical support during school events and activities.
 
- Undertake any other related administrative duties assigned by the school.
 
🎓 Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in handling reception and administrative services.
 
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Prior experience in a school environment will be an advantage.
 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
 
- Strong organization, record-keeping, and multi-tasking abilities.
 
- Polite, professional, and service-oriented demeanor.
 
- Able to work independently and manage front-desk responsibilities efficiently.
