Job summary

A leading educational institution in Singapore is looking for a Receptionist to manage enquiries and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum GCE 'N' level and preferably 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication, customer service skills, and proficiency in MS Office are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Preferably has 2 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to phone calls and walk in enquiries.
  • Attend to unwell students.
  • Provide administrative support to stakeholders.
  • Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the Reception Area at all times.
  • Manage the loan and returns of college attires and blazers.
  • Notify students on collection of certificates/awards.
  • Send reminders to students.
  • Manage the update of the name labels of the pigeon holes for teachers.
  • Manage the borrowing and returning of keys.
  • Assist to count, sort, pack and distribute college materials.
  • Maintain the forms in the reception trays to ensure forms are current.
  • Replenishment of staff stationeries.
  • Support school events and any duties assigned by school.
