Deployment:
- Mon to Thurs: 6.45am to 4.15pm (inclusive of 1 hr lunch break)
 
- Fri: 6.45am to 3.45pm (inclusive of 1 hr lunch break)
 
Scope of Works:
Reception and Administration Services
- Attend to telephone calls and walk-in customers (for example, students, parents, vendors and visitors).
 
- Take down and convey messages from parents/vendors to the school leaders, teaching staff and non-teaching staff.
 
- Attend to students who are unwell and contact their parents, if necessary.
 
- Record details of students who are allowed to leave the school before dismissal time.
 
- Record incoming and outgoing mails.
 
- Distribute and place incoming mails for staff in their mail boxes.
 
- Count and bundle items for collection by students.
 
- Alert the staff-in-charge when the stock level of the stationery is low and replenishing of stationery items.
 
- Assistance in Set-up for events
 
- Tidying of Meeting rooms & Sickbay at the General Office
 
- Assist in replenishment of stationery items
 
- Other administrative matters related to the General Office work such as filing, lamination of items.
