Job description
Contract Period:
  • 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 + 1 Optional Year
Deployment:
  • Mon to Thurs: 6.45am to 4.15pm (inclusive of 1 hr lunch break)
  • Fri: 6.45am to 3.45pm (inclusive of 1 hr lunch break)
Scope of Works:
Reception and Administration Services
  1. Attend to telephone calls and walk-in customers (for example, students, parents, vendors and visitors).
  2. Take down and convey messages from parents/vendors to the school leaders, teaching staff and non-teaching staff.
  3. Attend to students who are unwell and contact their parents, if necessary.
  4. Record details of students who are allowed to leave the school before dismissal time.
  5. Record incoming and outgoing mails.
  6. Distribute and place incoming mails for staff in their mail boxes.
  7. Count and bundle items for collection by students.
  8. Alert the staff-in-charge when the stock level of the stationery is low and replenishing of stationery items.
  9. Assistance in Set-up for events
  10. Tidying of Meeting rooms & Sickbay at the General Office
  11. Assist in replenishment of stationery items
  12. Other administrative matters related to the General Office work such as filing, lamination of items.
