Roles & Responsibilities
- Receptionist duty, handles walk in, calls and email, to reply email enquiries.
- Handle Home Maintenance Service (simple handyman work) - all enquiries, admin paperwork to process, statistics compilation
- Outreach to smaller flat types for Home Maintenance Service
- Logistics - arranging tables and chairs for workshops and talks
- Process all programme enquiries
- Liaise with senior beneficiaries
- Collate stats and programme monthly reports
- Meeting minute writing
- Upkeep premises clean and keep stock inventory.
- Procure refreshment and stationery.
- Provide support to the team in adhoc projects eg roadshows
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Meticulous, performance-oriented, self-motivated personality with good interpersonal and strong communication skills
- Good organizational with a sense of commitment and responsibility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), able to use the computer or willing to learn
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- O Level or equivalent
