A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced front desk coordinator to manage reception duties, engage with visitors, and perform various administrative tasks. Candidates should possess over 5 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Serve as the first point of contact, extending a professional and courteous welcome to clients, visitors, and staff.
Guide visitors to the appropriate person or department they are visiting.
Maintain office security by managing visitor logs and controlling access through the reception desk.
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the correct staff or department.
Take clear and detailed messages for staff members.
Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries.
Manage calendars, book meeting rooms, and schedule appointments for employees.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Perform various administrative duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.
Monitor and reorder office supplies as needed.
