  • Reception front desk – Professionally greet and welcome visitors, vendors, staff etc. upon arrival.
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times. Answer, screen and forward incoming calls promptly and courteously, providing basic company information when requested.
  • Manage visitor sign‑in/out procedures, issue visitor passes and notify relevant staff of guest arrivals.
  • Direct visitors/callers to the appropriate person or divisions.
  • Relay important information to staff as needed (e.g., courier deliveries, meeting room changes).
  • Report maintenance issues for the reception area, common space or equipment to the appropriate contact (Facilities / Corporate Services / ICT).
  • Manage the lost and found items found on CAAS premises.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Officer in Charge.
