Position: Permanent

Hours: Retail hours (weekends included)

Follow up call from responses received.

Responsible for booking and confirming customers’ appointments via call /message and email.

Responsible for maintaining a tidy reception area and receive customers with greetings upon their arrival at the outlet, answering enquiries about treatment services.

Responsible for processing transactions and other ad hoc duties.

Requirements

• Excellent communication abilities (verbal and written)

• Telemarketing / Customer service-related experience will be an added advantage.
