Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming members & assisting with check-ins.
  • Building rapport with new and existing members.
  • Handling payments when required.
  • Assisting with bookings, cancellations or requests by members.
  • Achieving membership monthly target set by HQ.
  • Attending to phone/walk-in/email/text enquiries.
  • Actively seeking new sale opportunities.
  • Maintaining studio's cleanliness.
  • Printing and emailing EOD sales reports to Directors.
  • All other ad-hoc duties given by Store Manager.

Gross: $2000 - $2300

5 day work week (rotating shift)

Working hours (8-hr shift):

  • 7.15am to 3.15pm or 1pm to 9pm on weekdays
  • 7.30am to 3.30pm or 8am to 4pm on weekend/PH
Responsibilities
