Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and messages

  • Manage front desk operations, including handling mail, couriers, and deliveries

  • Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, preparing and maintaining relevant documents / records

  • Ensure meeting rooms are tidy and organized after use

  • Ensure reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary supplies

  • Support other departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma or equivalent qualification

  • Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role is an advantage

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Well-groomed, courteous, and able to represent the company positively to visitors and clients
