A private organization in Singapore is seeking a Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling calls, and maintaining documentation. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and messages
Manage front desk operations, including handling mail, couriers, and deliveries
Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, preparing and maintaining relevant documents / records
Ensure meeting rooms are tidy and organized after use
Ensure reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
Support other departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma or equivalent qualification
Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed, courteous, and able to represent the company positively to visitors and clients
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Pleasant personality with a customer service-oriented mindset
