About the Role:

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be the first friendly face and voice our clients rely on. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, helping clients schedule appointments, answering questions, and supporting the clinic behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage phone lines and direct calls.
• Schedule appointments and communicate booking details to clients.
• Alert clinical staff to patient arrivals and emergencies.
• Process payments, finalize invoices.
• Dispensing medication.
• Assist with various administrative tasks.
