Job summary

A local staffing agency in Singapore is seeking an administrative support professional to manage various office duties. Job Scope :
  • Run errand (collecting/ sending of mail)
  • Delivering documents to bank outlets
  • Welcoming of guest
  • Prepare and serve coffee or tea for guests
  • Ensuring the meeting room is tidy after use
  • Arrange restaurant bookings if required
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Oversee basic office maintenance, including printers, lighting, and air conditioning
  • Assisting the Director with purchases
  • Recording inventory for administrative items (e.g., water, snacks, stationery)
