Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, handling enquiries, and directing guests appropriately.

Assist with member or client registration and process transactions accurately.

Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition.

Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry to support daily operations.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.

Additional Information

📍 Location: Shenton Way

💰 Salary: Up to $2,500 basic + Variable Bonus

🕒 Work Schedule: Alternating between 5‑day and 6‑day work weeks

Off Days:

  • Alternating between 5‑day and 6‑day work weeks
    • Six‑day week: One weekend off
    • Five‑day week: One weekend and one weekday off
