Job Responsibilities
- Friendly and enthusiastically guide suppliers to the warehouse for fresh produce delivery, providing clear directions and maintaining good cooperative relations with suppliers.
- Inspect and verify the quantity and quality of delivered fresh produce (especially the freshness, appearance and integrity of products), ensure they are consistent with the purchase order. Report and communicate any abnormalities (such as shortage, damage, quality defects) to the superior in a timely manner.
- Be responsible for the organization, sorting, picking and handover of fresh produce in the warehouse. Ensure the goods are placed in an orderly manner, classified by category, batch and freshness to avoid cross-contamination and damage.
- Conduct regular inventory checks on in-stock fresh produce, including verifying product name, quantity, weight, batch number and expiration date (if applicable), and ensure the accuracy of inventory data.
- Responsible for the entry, statistics and reporting of relevant work data (such as delivery verification records, inventory data, picking records) into the system, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of data.
- Strictly abide by the company’s management regulations, obey the work arrangement of the superior, and complete other temporary tasks assigned in a timely and quality manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the warehouse work site, especially the cleaning of the fresh produce storage area, to meet the food safety and hygiene requirements of fresh produce storage.
Job Requirements
- Aged 18-40 years old, with high school education or above. Proficient in both Chinese and English communication to meet the needs of communicating with domestic and foreign suppliers.
- Familiar with computer operations, proficient in using Excel for data entry, statistics and form production. Candidates with relevant warehousing management work experience (especially in fresh produce warehouses) are preferred.
- Serious and careful work attitude, with strong sense of responsibility. Have considerable patience and carefulness when dealing with complex cargo sorting, batch verification and on-site management work.
- Have a basic understanding of the storage and preservation requirements of fresh produce is preferred; able to adapt to the work rhythm of the warehouse and bear certain work pressure.
Remarks: This role requires a six-day work per week.
