This role involves working closely with the Facilities Management team and requires strong reporting and inspection skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in building or facilities management.
• Degree or Diploma in relevant fields required.
• Possession of a Building Inspection certificate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building condition assessments based on NEN-2767 standard.
• Perform regular building inspections and produce reports.
• Act as company representative during inspections.
• Collaborate with the Facility Management team on defect resolution.
• Support other inspections as needed.
