Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in software development, preferably in semiconductor, industrial automation, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proficiency in C++ development for embedded systems, automation solutions, or UI applications.
• Knowledge of real-time systems, equipment control, and software integration with hardware components.
• Familiarity with software testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization methodologies.
• Understanding of AI, ML, or computer vision technologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications for equipment control, motion control, data acquisition, and process automation.
• Collaborate with hardware, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams to integrate software with precision equipment and electronic systems.
• Develop and enhance real-time and embedded software solutions for high-speed, high-precision applications.
• Conduct software testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
• Implement and support AI, ML, and computer vision solutions to improve manufacturing processes where applicable.
• Ensure software compliance with industry standards, cybersecurity requirements, and data integrity protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on software scalability, maintainability, and system performance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, and provide training and technical support to internal stakeholders.
• Adhere to workplace safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
