Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience covering fixed income/real-time markets or as a market journalist.
• Background developing and maintaining contacts in fixed income markets.
• Editorial and analytical skills with the ability to craft authoritative reports.
• Confidence in engaging with contacts and subscribing customers.
• Technically savvy; proficient with tools such as Bloomberg Professional.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to practitioners to support analysis of major public investment-grade deals via intra-day reports.
• Analyze new deal performance through investigations and interviews to assess structure and context.
• Gather timely market talk on rumours and potential bond issuance, including price discovery.
• Publish and regularly update industry-leading pipeline issuance tables.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure coverage aligns with user needs and market evolution.
