Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in private real estate funds and related structures.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS (preferred) and SFRS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 2 finance staff for timely financial reporting.
• Oversee consolidation of entities within the fund structure.
• Coordinate annual external audits and ensure accounting standards compliance.
• Manage payment processing for vendors and property-related expenses.
• Monitor cash positions across fund entities and forecast liquidity requirements.
