Role description

You will be supporting the management in managing a portfolio of prime property assets in the central core region with the opportunity to be at the frontline of the action. Mentorship and guidance will be provided throughout while you explore and gain an understanding of the various functions below:

Sale/Acquisition
  • Assist in performing analysis of property transactions and market data
  • Provide assessments/proposals of possible property acquisitions
  • Participate in the negotiations of the price and other details related to the transaction
Leasing
  • Perform physical evaluation of properties
  • Conduct research and market analysis to provide proposals on rental rates
  • Facilitate rent negotiations, renewals, and handover processes
Project management
  • Assist the project manager in property improvement projects
  • Support the project manager in evaluating, identifying and minimizing operational risks
Facilities management
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders (investors, tenants, authorities, professionals) to resolve issues of the properties
  • Provide proposals for cost optimization to ensure cost management initiatives align with overall business objectives
  • Handle emergencies promptly and professionally to ensure minimal disruptions
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Facilities or Real Estate Management
  • Good working attitude and show willingness to learn
  • Possess great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Resourceful and have strong analytical skills
  • Thrive in ambiguity and able to adapt to a dynamic work environment
