About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Personal Assistant to work directly with a top-performing real estate agent in Singapore’s industrial and commercial market.

This role blends real estate operations, client management, and social media storytelling — perfect for someone who enjoys both admin precision and creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Real Estate Support

  • Assist in handling property listings, scheduling viewings, and updating client databases.
  • Communicate with clients, follow up on leads, and support day‑to‑day business coordination.
  • Help prepare marketing decks, proposals, and client presentation materials.

2. Social Media & Content Creation

  • Plan and produce short‑form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and lifestyle/educational content.
  • Capture behind‑the‑scenes moments, client success stories, and property highlights.
  • Use storytelling techniques to build the agent’s personal brand
  • Manage posting schedules, comments, and community engagement across social platforms.

3. Personal Branding & Marketing

  • Develop creative ideas for video hooks, headlines, and thumbnails that “break through the noise”
  • Track analytics and engagement to improve future content.
  • Support YouTube and TikTok growth strategy — ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice.
Requirements
  • Strong interest in real estate, property marketing, or social media.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar video editing tools.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Organized, responsive, and self‑driven — able to manage both admin tasks and creative projects.
  • Experience in TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube content creation is a strong plus.
