Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of IT Project Management experience, preferably in corporate real estate.
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar IT/AV projects.
• Deep understanding of project financials, including CapEx/OpEx.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT/AV projects related to office relocations and infrastructure deployments.
• Define and maintain project controls including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and consultants in a matrixed environment.
