Job summary

A leading real estate investment firm is seeking an experienced professional in Singapore to perform financial modelling and investment analysis. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in the Singapore property market. The ideal candidate will have a degree in finance or related fields and 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate investment, development, advisory, valuation, or fund management.
• Experience covering Singapore property is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV).
• Conduct micro-market research by district and asset class.
• Support feasibility studies for new developments.
• Prepare investment memoranda and executive summaries.
• Monitor actual vs forecast performance for projects.

Skills

Excel financial modelling

Real estate finance metrics (IRR, NPV, DSCR, LTV, ICR, GDV)

Understanding of Singapore property regulations

Market data interpretation

Education

Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline
