Job summary

Great Eastern is seeking a capable Investment professional to assist the Head of Real Estate in evaluating and executing global real estate and lending opportunities. You will support underwriting, due diligence, onboarding, and reporting while actively monitoring portfolio performance and risk with external managers.

The role requires a tertiary qualification with professional certifications such as CPA or CFA preferred, and at least 3 years in real estate private equity, debt, or asset

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in real estate private equity, debt, or asset management.
• Tertiary qualification; CPA/CFA preferred.
• Strong interest in investment management and private assets.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the real estate portfolio strategy across funds and co-investments, and support senior team on underwriting, due diligence, documentation, onboarding and financial reporting.
• Actively manage assigned portfolio, including performance review and risk assessment and engagement with external managers and partners.
• Ensure investment processes comply with internal policies and procedures.
