About the Role

Honest Love is a small, founder‑led startup building a dating app focused on authenticity and accountability. We’re looking for an in‑house developer to develop, maintain and improve our app before launch.

You’ll take ownership of the app — ensuring smooth performance, quick bug fixes, and steady improvements as we prepare for public release.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the existing mobile app MVP after launch
• Debug, monitor performance, and push regular updates
• Implement small feature upgrades and UI/UX refinements
• Manage app store submissions and version updates
• Coordinate with backend providers (Firebase / Supabase / AWS)
• Prototype and test new features for upcoming versions

Requirements

• Proven experience launching and maintaining a live mobile app (App Store or Google Play)
• Strong skills in React Native / Flutter
• Familiarity with Firebase, Supabase, or Node.js backend
• Independent, hands‑on, and comfortable managing live systems
• Bonus: experience with dating or social apps

• Contract: 6–12 months (extendable or convertible to longer‑term role)
