Job summary

hudsonmanpower is hiring for an RCM Instrument Engineer in Saudi Arabia. The role leads reliability‑centered maintenance initiatives for instrumentation, control, and automation systems to improve asset performance.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 8+ years in instrumentation maintenance or reliability, 3+ years RCM experience (SAE JA1011/JA1012), and CMRP certification. Saudi work visa is provided. GE APM Meridium and SAP CMMS experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in instrumentation maintenance or reliability.
• 3+ years hands‑on RCM experience (SAE JA1011 / JA1012).
• Strong knowledge of field instruments, analyzers, control valves, PLC, DCS, and SIS.
• Experience in Oil & Gas or heavy industrial environments.
• Hands‑on experience with GE APM Meridium & SAP.
• CMRP Certification – Mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute RCM studies for instrumentation and control systems.
• Apply RCM methodology to define optimal maintenance strategies.
• Perform FMEA / FMECA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Develop and optimize PM plans, calibration routines, and inspection strategies.
• Analyze instrument failure data, alarms, trends, and condition monitoring inputs.
• Conduct RCM and FMECA workshops with cross‑functional teams.
• Train and mentor instrumentation personnel on RCM best practices.
• Use GE APM Meridium and SAP CMMS for reliability analysis and documentation.

Job Summary:
The RCM Instrument Engineer will lead and support Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) initiatives for instrumentation, control, and automation systems.
