Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking an experienced Civil Design Coordination professional to lead design alignment for LTA MRT and major infrastructure projects. You will coordinate across civil, architectural, and structural disciplines, ensuring compliance with project requirements and authority standards, and interface with consultants, contractors, and authorities.

The role requires at least 5 years in design coordination or related fields, with familiarity in authority

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines (PEB-rec recognised degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design coordination, architectural coordination, or civil infrastructure projects.
• Prior experience with LTA MRT, railway, or large-scale infrastructure projects will be advantageous.
• Experience in authority submissions, design documentation, and construction coordination.
• Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural design coordination processes.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with consultants, contractors, and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities for LTA MRT and civil infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements and authority standards.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, clients, authorities, and interface parties to resolve design coordination issues.
• Review and update architectural, civil, structural, and interface drawings to ensure consistency with approved design requirements.
• Coordinate design submissions, approvals, and documentation with relevant authorities and project stakeholders.
• Manage design-related activities including traffic diversion, drainage works, external works, and station/infrastructure components.
• Support quality management by implementing QA/QC procedures and monitoring contractor and vendor compliance.
• Perform design reviews, calculations, and technical drawings in accordance with relevant standards such as Eurocode, BS, ACI, and ASCE requirements.
