Job summary

SINGAPORE ONE RAIL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Diploma holder to assist in Railway Signalling & PSD/Rail Communications projects in Singapore. The role focuses on supporting Integrated Testing and Commissioning (ITC) and Train Test Running (TTR), coordinating site activities, and ensuring timely progress with clear reporting.

You will maintain records, assist duty officer duties, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong planning and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a recognized polytechnic with related engineering focus.
• Experience in Railway Signalling/PSD or rail communications is advantageous.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Strong planning, organizing and supervisory abilities.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support ITC and TTR tests for JRL.
• Prepare and compile test reports and progress updates.
• Attend project and technical sessions to track actions and resolve issues.
• Drive assigned tasks to meet milestones and delivery.
• Assist in handover of projects to the Operator.
• Attend and witness ITC tests and TTR as assigned.
• Coordinate site activities and incident reporting as Duty Officer.
• Maintain records for ISF/MRF databases and related documents.
• Support ad hoc project activities.
