Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Diagnostic Radiographer in Singapore to perform imaging studies, ensure image quality, and support patient care. The role requires AHPC registration, strong radiation safety knowledge, and excellent communication with clinical teams.

You will operate radiographic equipment, position patients, and collaborate with radiologists and nurses to deliver timely, safe imaging services in a busy department.

Qualifications

• Degree in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent qualification.
• AHPC registration in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety and imaging procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging examinations in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Operate radiographic and imaging equipment safely to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Position patients appropriately and select suitable imaging techniques based on examination requirements.
• Ensure radiation safety and protection measures are observed for patients, staff and the public.
• Assess image quality and ensure images are suitable for diagnostic interpretation.
• Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during imaging procedures.
• Maintain infection control, workplace safety and cleanliness within the imaging department.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with radiologists, nurses and other healthcare professionals to support timely patient care.
• Perform other radiography-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Diagnostic Radiography / Radiography or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Valid registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore.
• Good knowledge of radiation safety and imaging procedures.
• Able to operate radiographic equipment safely and confidently.
• Good patient care, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous with strong attention to patient identification, safety and image quality.
