Posting Start Date: 10/03/2026

Job Description

The National University of Singapore invites applications for an MRI Radiographer position in the Clinical Imaging Research Centre, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. CIRC offers comprehensive MRI and molecular imaging facilities, including hybrid PET modalities (PET/CT and PET/MRI) for clinical research and clinical trials. A state‑of‑the‑art Total Body PET/CT will also be installed and operational in November 2025.

We welcome candidates with 2–3 years of MRI experience who are passionate about research imaging. Training will be provided to support development in clinical research MRI imaging. The successful candidate should be able to perform stand‑alone MRI scans independently and be willing to expand their expertise to advanced MRI. In‑house PET/MRI training will be offered if interested. Appointments will be made on a 2‑year contract basis initially, with the intention of extension on a roll‑over contract.

CIRC’s mission is to provide a shared, state‑of‑the‑art national resource for translational molecular imaging research, foster collaborations between scientists and clinicians, and support the development of human capital.

The successful candidate will develop specialised expertise and play a key role in supporting CIRC’s goal of being a leading centre for advanced clinical imaging research, contributing to the development and translation of imaging biomarkers into clinical practice.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Radiography and must hold a valid registered license with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore.
  • MRI‑trained radiographer with at least 2–3 years of MRI experience; basic cardiac MRI knowledge is an advantage.
  • Comfortable with routine MRI technical parameters and anatomy to produce clinically diagnostic MRI images.
  • Responsible and meticulous, with the ability to perform daily quality checks (QC), maintain accurate QC documentation, and ensure equipment is well‑maintained.
  • A team player who can support day‑to‑day organisation and coordination of MRI and PET research projects.
  • Demonstrates strong interest in research imaging, with willingness to learn, develop new scan protocols, and support clinical research workflows.
