Qualifications

  • Own end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) process design and governance.
  • Drive process standardization and digitization.
  • Define the vision and roadmap for RTR processes.
  • Lead reviews and re-engineering to eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Act as authority for RTR process changes and compliance.
  • Partner with Corporate Control and Internal Audit.
  • Define and track KPIs to identify inefficiencies.
  • Drive continuous improvement leveraging RPA, AI, and process mining.
  • Build relationships across Finance, IT, Operations, and Business Units.
  • Champion change management strategies.

The R2R Transformation Manager will own the end-to-end Record-to-Report process design, governance, and performance management across all business units, driving standardization, harmonization, and digitization. This role leads major transformation initiatives such as ERP implementations and continuous improvement through automation and process mining, acting as the decision authority for RTR process changes and compliance.

Description
  • Own end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) process design, governance, and performance management across all business units.
  • Drive process standardization, harmonization, and digitization, minimizing local variations except for legal/regulatory needs.
  • Define the "North Star" vision and roadmap for RTR, including policies, rules, and procedures.
  • Lead periodic review and re‑engineering to eliminate non‑value‑added activities and complexity.
  • Act as decision‑making authority for all RTR process changes, technology implementations, and compliance matters.
  • Partner with Corporate Control and Internal Audit to ensure internal controls are embedded in process design.
  • Define and track KPIs (e.g., Days to Close, Balance Sheet Reconciliation Quality) and analyze performance data to identify inefficiencies.
  • Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation, leveraging technologies like RPA, AI, and process mining.
  • Build strong relationships with Finance, IT, Operations, and Business Units to secure buy‑in for process changes.
  • Champion change management strategies for successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
