A manufacturing company in Singapore is looking for a candidate to perform various manufacturing tasks, troubleshoot engineering systems, and support process improvements. Ideal candidates should have a Nitec or Technical Diploma in relevant fields and experience in the Life Science or Medical Devices Industry. Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in the Life Science or Medical Devices Industry.
  • Experience in ISO 13485 audit and cGMP environment.
  • Experience in equipment installation IQ / OQ.
  • Experience in soldering electrical components.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned manufacturing tasks to produce high quality products.
  • Troubleshoot components and assembly systems.
  • Assist engineers in controlled experiments and data collection.
  • Support 5S and Lean activities.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.

Job description

Fong's Engineering & Manufacturing Pte Ltd – East Singapore

Perform assigned manufacturing tasks to produce high quality products under limited supervision and instruction.

Perform troubleshooting on components, sub-assembly, and full assembly systems by using mechanical and electrical knowledge when issues arise.

Perform assembly and testing activities in accordance to the established work standards, test procedures and work schedule.

Work with supervisor and assist engineers to execute controlled experiments for feasibility study.

Execute moderately complex assignment by assisting Engineers to do troubleshooting and assisting Supervisor for report data collection and provide independent judgment.

Support 5S and Lean activities.

Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and tool.

Support process improvement activities to meet production goals.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Education

Nitec, Technical Diploma or Vocational Certified in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering with relevant experience.

Experience
  • Experience in Manufacturing Instrument in Life Science or Medical Devices Industry
  • Experience in ISO 13485 audit and cGMP environment
  • Experience in execution equipment installation IQ / OQ
  • Experience in soldering electrical components
Skills
