Job summary

Apple Singapore is seeking a talented Process Development engineer to advance next generation module technologies. You will establish baseline processes, perform DOEs, define CTQ metrics, and work with external vendors to develop new equipment.

You will present engineering reports to cross-functional teams and help drive manufacturability improvements across Apple’s ecosystem. The successful candidate will have 2–3 years in process R&D, hands-on experience with module assembly processes such as

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years in process R&D or related field.
• Hands-on in module assembly processes and metrology.

Responsibilities

• Perform proof-of-concept (POC) studies and DOEs.
• Establish baseline process and CTQ metrics.
• Define procedures and metrology for CTQ measurements.
• Develop new process equipment with external vendors.
• Prepare and present engineering reports to cross-functional teams.
• Report findings and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
