  • Manage areal density improvement for next generation PMR media technology.
  • Inter departmental collaboration.
  • Data analysis and micro-magnetic approach.

JOB SUMMARY

Implement strategies to maximize existing storage capacity by exploring potential of new materials/structure for magnetic layers for PMR and exploration to HAMR Technology. Work closely with Japan RD Centre and taking leadership in Technology Transfer from Japan to Singapore.
