Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in food science and product development.
• Must be Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of cultivated seafood technology applications.
• Work with R&D teams to conduct benchtop trials and create samples.
• Setup tasting sessions with R&D and commercial teams.
• Monitor and upkeep laboratory consumables.
• Maintain good housekeeping of the kitchen.
