Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Food/beverage/dairy/soy-based manufacturing is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new soy-based products and improve existing recipes to meet market trends.
• Work with Production, QA/QC, Procurement, Marketing, and Halal/ISO teams to ensure product success.
• Conduct trials, sensory evaluations, and compliance checks to maintain product standards.
• Create and update technical files, product specifications, and process documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and consistency.
