R&D Engineer (RFSOI-3DIC, Technology Development)

About the Role Join the advanced technology R&D team to develop next-generation RFSOI and RFSOI-3DIC platforms, enabling high-performance RF solutions for emerging 5G, IoT, and communication devices. The role focuses on process integration, device development, and platform qualification to support customer product innovation.

Responsibilities

Lead RFSOI and RFSOI-3DIC platform development, including new module and RF device innovations.

Drive new process verification, qualification, and DSM platform setup to ensure manufacturing readiness.

Collaborate cross-functionally to define process integration flow and device performance optimization.

Engage customers in new product verification and provide technical support during co-development stages.

Work closely with internal teams to enhance yield, reliability, and process robustness.

Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Physics.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor process integration or device engineering (RFSOI experience preferred).

Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics, RF device characterization, and integration flow.

Experience in RFSOI or 3DIC process development is a plus.

Knowledge of module development, process tools, and DOE/FMEA methodologies is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills, self-driven attitude, and a passion for continuous learning.
