Job description

Position 1: R&D Design Engineer

• Develop new product design based on customer needs & project management
• Technical support, work together with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvements on product cost, quality and delivery.
• Assist on project management during new product design.

Position 2: R&D Test Engineer

• Develops and conducts test plans and protocols for design verification
• Manage R&D prototype and testing lab
• Maintain the equipment and tools and monitor regular required calibration, qualification.
• Design, develop, and implement automated and manual test procedures for functional, performance, and regression testing.

Position 3: R&D Test Technician

• Perform troubleshooting on components, sub‑assembly, and full assembly systems by using mechanical and electrical knowledge when issues arise.
• Perform assembly and testing activities
