We are seeking a motivated and inquisitive R&D Audiologist to join our team in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical, research-driven work and is energized by contributing to product development behind the scenes. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across R&D, providing audiological expertise, conducting verification activities, and supporting clinical evaluations that shape future solutions in audiology.

What you will do
  • Verify and validate audiological performance of products under development (hearing aids, accessories, and fitting software)
  • Coordinate and execute audiological tests of new products
  • Plan and execute perceptual studies of new products and concepts with participants
  • Provide training and support to R&D developers on audiological topics, in relation to hearing aid features and user workflows.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Audiology or a related field, with 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Confident communication in written and spoken English; Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong team player
  • Solid and demonstrable audiological knowledge, preferably in hearing aid management
  • Genuine interest in understanding hearing aid solutions and features from a technical perspective.
