How you create impact

• Coordinate and monitor client consignments across Asia Pacific, ensuring full compliance with procedures and timelines.
• Manage bookings, routing, documentation, and customer updates through QuickSTAT’s global network systems.
• Handle time‑sensitive exceptions such as flight or customs delays, providing proactive communication and solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and control stations to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Support the setup and positioning of temperature‑controlled packaging and related logistics.

• Proven experience in courier or freight operations, preferably within biopharma or life sciences logistics.
• Strong understanding of import/export procedures, temperature‑controlled packaging, and transit milestones (COB/POD).
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and time management skills — calm under pressure and solutions‑focused.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple teams and time zones.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with operational systems (e.g. CargoWise or similar).
• A proactive, flexible attitude and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
