Job summary

Horizon Quantum Computing is seeking a Partnerships Manager to develop strategic alliances and drive adoption of our quantum software development tools. You will work closely with product, science, engineering, and design teams to shape partnership strategy and craft joint solutions that accelerate partner success.

The role requires a strong technical background in quantum computing, excellent communication skills, and a track record in business development.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in quantum science, engineering, physics, or related field.
Strong technical background in quantum computing and software development.
Proven experience in partnership management or business development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Strong product sense and understanding of software development tools.
Established networks within the quantum computing industry are a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to expand reach.
Contribute to formulation and execution of partnership strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, science, engineering, and design teams.
Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, onboarding and first-level support for partners.
Drive usage of tools through partner initiatives and activities.
Monitor and analyze partnership performance and provide updates to stakeholders.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partner contacts.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
