Job summary

PT DESIGN STUDIO PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dedicated professional to support tender submissions, manage progress claims and payments, and coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to ensure compliance and certification of project claims.

You will report to the Tenders & Contracts Manager, compile quotations, analyze tender specs and drawings, and facilitate smooth financial closures while maintaining strict accuracy under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management/Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant construction industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tender documents accurately to support project acquisition
• Manage progress claims, payments, variation orders (VO), and project finalization to ensure timely financial closure
• Invite and compile quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, verifying compliance with tender specifications and drawings
• Analyze and interpret tender specifications and drawings to ensure accurate submission and compliance
• Liaise and build effective working relationships with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate certification of payment claims
