A leading construction firm in Singapore seeks a qualified Quantity Surveyor to assist in tender submissions and oversee contract compliance. Candidates should possess a recognized diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience, especially in Rebar, Concrete, and Formwork projects. Knowledge of Singapore’s construction regulations is essential. Immediate availability is preferred, reflecting the firm's urgent hiring needs.

Job Description

• Assist in tender submission, follow up and carry out tender presentations for Construction & Building Works
• Pre and post-tender clarifications
• Oversee and review contracts, identify irregularities in order to ensure compliance of contracts and drawings
• Progress monthly payments, claims and final account settlement
• Any ad-hoc task as assigned

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Rebar, Concrete, Formwork project (Sub-contractor) is required for this position. However, a candidate with greater work experience is also welcomed to apply.
• Familiar with Singapore construction industry, regulation and practices
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
