Responsibilities

• To study & understand tender drawings & contract document.
• BQ for tender or variation submission.
• Preparing substantiation document for claim purpose.
• Ensure tender or VO submission is on time.
• Sourcing quotation from subcontractors and suppliers and carry out comparison of quotations.
• Taking off quantities for tenders or site projects.
• Pre-tender/ site project estimates and prepare documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related
• At least 3 years of QS experience
• Experience with LTA project will be a plus
