Job summary

SEC(S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable Tender/Contract professional to support the preparation and submission of tenders.

You will outline the scope of work, commercial requirements, and assess project risks while creating and maintaining tender files for effective tracking. The role involves costing, compiling technical proposals, and updating submissions with addendums, ensuring on-time delivery and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering is required.
• At least 3 years of related experience in M&E construction.
• Independent, meticulous and analytical with ownership.
• Strong teamwork and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Tender/ Contract Manager in preparation and submission of Tenders.
• List the scope of work and commercial requirements to determine project risks.
• Create Tender File for proper tender management tracking and monitoring.
• Prepare and follow-up on RFQs to suppliers/sub-contractors for costing and technical data submission.
• Take off Bill of Quantities from Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection and Architectural drawings.
• Collate price comparison, costing summary and technical proposal for tender submission.
• Study addendum/corrigendum and update costing summary with technical proposal accordingly.
• Prepare and update tender submission documents on time.
• Maintain relevant documentation in an orderly manner.
• Prepare presentation slides for tender interviews.
• Any other works/duties assigned by Superior.

Requirements:-

• Possess minimum Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
